For families

You probably don't call yourself a caregiver. You're just the one who handles it.

The appointments. The refills. The grocery run. The group text with your siblings. Nobody scheduled these hours into your week, but they're there. Avanlee puts it all in one place, and shares it with everyone who's helping.

Free through participating health plans.

Your family's information stays private. We meet healthcare privacy and security standards, and you control who on your care team sees what.
Free to you. If your loved one's health plan works with Avanlee, there is no cost and nothing to cancel.
Useful on day one. Most people get something off their plate within the first ten minutes.

What's inside

Everything that's currently living in your head.

Nine tools that do one job between them: give you back the hours caregiving quietly takes.

  • Appointments

Get help scheduling the visits your loved one's plan recommends, and stop playing phone tag with the front desk.

  • Calendar

One shared calendar for the dates, reminders, appointments, and medications everyone helping needs to see.

  • Care notes

Write down what the doctor actually said, what changed this week, and the small moments worth keeping.

  • Files & contacts

Insurance cards, directives, and the eleven phone numbers you currently keep on a sticky note.

  • Health monitoring

Track vitals over time so you can see a trend forming instead of finding out at the next appointment.

  • Medications

Keep the list current, get reminders, and let other family members help make sure doses aren't missed.

  • Tasks

Hand something to your brother without a twenty-message negotiation. Assign it, and everyone can see it's handled.

  • Messages

Keep care conversations in one thread instead of scattered across texts, email, and voicemail.

  • Shopping

Order groceries, over-the-counter medications, and daily supplies for delivery or pickup, without a second trip across town.

Avanlee app screen for choosing a healthcare provider and scheduling an appointment

The one people use first

Pick a provider. Tap once. We handle the phone call.

Scheduling is the thing most people want off their plate, so we made it the easiest thing in the app. Choose who you'd like your loved one to see, and we get the appointment booked.

And you

Almost nobody plans to become a caregiver. There's a health crisis, someone steps up, and the role arrives without instructions. We pay attention to how you're doing, not just how they're doing.

Wellness check-ins that track the stress you're carrying · Plain-language guides on the things nobody warned you about · Short surveys that keep your loved one's plan in the loop, so you don't have to repeat yourself

Getting started

Three steps, about five minutes.

  1. Download the app

Available free on the App Store and Google Play.

  2. Set up your care hub

Add your loved one, then invite the siblings, spouses, and neighbors who help. Everyone sees what you choose to share.

  3. Start with one thing

Add a medication or an upcoming appointment. Most of what makes Avanlee useful builds from there.
